Galdhøpiggen is mainland Norway, Scandinavia and Northern Europe's highest mountain. It has a height of 2,468.8 meters above sea level. The mountain is located in Jotunheimen in Lom municipality in Innlandet county, on the Jotunheim plateau at about 2,000 meters above sea level, and the spike itself protrudes 420 meters above.
